Brief instructions – Line each basket with paper liners or lettuce leaves and add food in single layers. Keep meat, fish, seafood and poultry in the bottom tier. Vegetables and buns can be placed on either tier. Stack the baskets and place on a saucepan, pot, pan or wok. Cover with the lid and steam until you are sure the food is ready to eat. Turn off the heat source and remove using heat resistent gloves. Lift the lid away from you, serve on a tray, plate or directly in the baskets.

Brief care instructions – Rinse after each cooking with warm water, If food remains, use a soft scouring pad. If a food odor remains, use vinegar or lemon. Allow the basket to air dry. Avoid soaking in water or exposing to direct sunlight, Not Dishwasher safe, Store in a well-ventilated closet or shelf where moisture does not accumulate.
